What happened

President Donald Trump addressed a gathering of farmers and ranchers on the South Lawn on March 27, 2026, with Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. among the officials joining him. His centerpiece was relief money: “I just gave you $12 billion.
