The Promise Tracker

How a promise is tracked

Every tracked promise is recorded in the promiser’s own words, with where and when it was said, the official or officials who own delivering it, and a dated evidence log. Its status is one of five:

Each promise record also carries an attributed criticism field: the strongest sourced criticism of the promise or its delivery, named to its source. A tracker that only carried the administration’s own account would not be worth reading.

The starter set under watch

  1. The deportation operation — scale, pace, and legal footing.
  2. Tariffs and trade deals, including most-favored-nation drug pricing and TrumpRx.
  3. Foreign deals announced through the White House wire.
  4. Energy dominance — production, permitting, and prices.
  5. Federal workforce and spending cuts.
  6. Tax pledges — no tax on tips, overtime, or Social Security benefits.
  7. The wind-down of the Department of Education.
  8. VA reform.
  9. The fraud crackdown.
  10. Make America Healthy Again (tracked jointly with RFK Team Report).

Individual promise records open as their evidence logs are verified.
