What happened
President Donald Trump stopped by a White House meeting with his U.S. ambassador selections on Mar. 25, 2025, carried on the White House channel, and signed a series of actions presented by Staff Secretary Will Scharf. First was a pardon for Devon Archer, the former Biden family business partner; Scharf said the tone of Archer’s prosecution changed after he cooperated with congressional investigators, and the President said Archer was treated very unfairly and that the pardon would undo it.
